PP Neighborhood Meeting Minutes
Thursday, January 22, 2026 - 6:45 PM

5:30 – Old familiar neighbors were in attendance tonight. (5)
5:45 - Open Meeting and Introductions (We shared about our perfect job – dream jobs)
5:48 - Read Mission and Vision Statement
Mission Statement: “Cultivating a flourishing neighborhood by leveraging our resources to build a safe, resilient and inclusive community and promote neighborhood pride.”
Vision Statement: “Uniting Panama Park Neighbors to produce a thriving community”
6:50 - Minutes from the last meeting (Moved:_Bill Seconded: _Rob Accepted: _Yes_ )
Neighbor of the Month Award goes to Reginald Ford for his contributions to work in the garden and build sponsors.
6:00 Community Garden Committee
Garden shed almost painted. Need volunteers to help finish it for the Muralist.
She will begin as soon as the city OK’s it and it gets warmer.
This Saturday is a work day (every 2nd and 4th Saturday). We will make a bed and plant the new plants.
Extra plants available for you to take home after meeting today.
Reggie is putting in new irrigation and got sprinkler heads donated.
No word on electricity yet from the city for the garden.
Deck is completed but the stain and landscaping and a skirt. Volunteers needed for this.
Need one more sponsor sign painted – Bonnie Plants
6:40 New Business:
- Roxie will make a new flyer for Angela and Rob to hand out in the neighborhood.
Schedule for next year’s meetings.
-More neighbors took signs to put out.
