Welcome and no introductions needed, we are old-timers

April meeting minutes approved

Debrief on the Panama Park Come Together

Discussed

#1 need – volunteers!!! That would solve the problem with most of what is listed below.

Move the children’s activities closer to where everything is.

Have two serving lines to make for shorter line ??  (I disagree, it is hard enough to find volunteers)

Need to advertise more

All the city, sponsors, neighborhood involvement was great!

Must have a food runner for all the volunteers (2 runners) who can cut in line to get food.

The Lass family will contact publix and ball park to help find more food and fruit for the food line

2 snow cone machines? (not, just needs to run longer and with better manning – two would require even more volunteers, which we do not have!)

Do fund raisers for money for the event – Fish Fry, Food Truck, etc.
