PP Neighborhood Meeting Minutes

Charlie Joseph Senior Citizen Center
5:30 - We had 16 neighbors bring food to share.
5:45 - Roxie opened the meeting with prayer
5:55 - Introductions sharing favorite gifts and each person had to remember the last ones.
6:05 - Minutes from the last meeting - Agnes moved we accept, Agnes Reggie seconded and all were in favor of accepting the meeting notes.
The letter sent to the city for our community garden was passed out for all to see our request. The city has acknowledged receipt of it, and will get back to us.
6:10 we did crafts with Christmas cards to give to neighbors and we ended with Christmas Caroling to our neighbors. We ended up with hot chocolate at the McLeod home.

After accepting last month’s meeting notes we had a fun Christmas party complete with Christmas Cookies, Crafts, games and finished off with Christmas Caroling and hot chocolate. So sorry if we didn’t make it to your house! Next time join us and you won’t miss out!
