Welcome and introductions - we had a total of 12 neighbors attending.

 

September meeting minutes approved

 

 

Fish Fry/Yard Sale committee report by Cynthia Scott.

The plan is to have the fish fry with a Rummage sale in the Spring to give us enough time to better plan and collect the donations for the sale. 

 

Movie Night – October 25th last minute plans made with coolers and ice volunteers as well as the rest of the flyers.     

 

October 26 Park Clean Up – starting at 8:00AM with donuts from America’s Donuts!

JW will bring the buckets and

 

Meeting for November NOT the 4th Thursday.  But the 21st. and the same for December (3rd Thursday instead of the 4th) So December’s will be the 19th. 

 

Meeting was closed in prayer by Roxie McLeod
 

James Eddie asked about the money the city has for our park and asked where we were on that.  It will be investigated by Roxie. (inviting Councilman Gaffney to next meeting.)

• October 25 – Movie in the Park!  7:00 PM bring blanket or chair
