PP Neighborhood Meeting Minutes

Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019   5:30 - 6:45 PM

5:30 - Sign in sheet at the front door –Meeting opened in prayer by Tom McLeod

 

5:45 - Welcome and blessing - Introduction of all present - Welcome to our new neighbor moving here from West side – Rick!  13 neighbors in all.

 

6:00 – Last month’s meeting minutes approved (Motion made by Tom and seconded by Mary.)

 

6:05 – This Saturday at the Park – Extraordinaire Men of Jax and Santa  12:00 PM to 2:00 PM  (also Sant will be a River City Cracker Barrel from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.)

 

6:15 – Christmas Caroling at the McLeod’s and around the neighborhood - Tomorrow Night     

 

Donations for our Yard Sale in the Spring will be stored in an apartment that Angela has offered.  Rick will look at it to see how he can secure it and then we will start putting things in there by mid February.  Please hang on to your items until then.  You can bring them to our February Neighborhood meeting on Feb. 27th and we will  take them for you. 

 

6:20 – Sponsors for our Come Together – Keep making friends with our businesses in the neighborhood. Another Thanks to JJ Lemon Pepper for their donation of wings tonight.  YUMM!!

 

Sidewalks – The city has started to repair some.  We will still keep turning in the needs.  Please take pictures of neighbors walking on street where there is no sidewalk and send to roxie.mcleod@gmail.com
