Food (Get food donations, set up 5:00 PM, and serving 6:00 - 7:30 PM)

 

Children’s Activities and Sports (bring activities, man a booth - two shifts 4-6 and 6-8)

 

Clean up (two shifts 5-8 PM and 8-10 PM)

 

Volunteer to help days before the event (organizing and collecting donated items)

 

Volunteer to help days after (thank you notes, data entry and return borrowed items)
