PP Neighborhood Meeting Minutes

Thursday, September 26, 2019   5:30 - 6:45 PM

Charlie Joseph Senior Citizen Center

Meeting called to order by Roxie at 5:48PM

Welcome and introductions - we had a total of 16 neighbors with five being new neighbors and some neighbors we haven’t seen in a while.      

 

Aug. meeting minutes approved – motion to accept by Roxie and Seconded by Cynthia

 

Repairs on RR and roads – We shared the web site https://myjax.custhelp.com where we have reported street needs to the city who have been good to respond. 

JW will report the railroad on 50th street. 

 

Fund raising so we can get a matching Grant – Committee of Katie, Cynthia, and Tom was formed. They will work on details for a fish fry and a rummage sale.

 

Movie Night – Provided by the Parks Dept. October 25th we will need help with fliers designed by the Parks Dpt.

 

Trunk or Treating – discussed doing it with the Extraordinaire Men of Jax.

 

Park Clean up – October 26th.

• October 25 – Movie in the Park!  7:00 PM bring blanket or chair
